So sorry to hear that there have been issues about the pricing of your game. Totally understandable decision.

Your games  are one of the main reasons I still use the itchio app, otherwise I would only use steam. You write great games. Keep it up.

Oh! As a regular player of most of your games and a developer, I can totally understand your decisions!

Your games are so well programmed, fluid and with interesting stories, above all! So it makes more than sense that it needs greater (and monetary) support.

This company deserved more popularity! I hope you guys get what you deserve and I can't wait for the new game you're developing!

I don't care what people say about the pricing surprise. If this is going to surprise you without any announcements, then you're surely going to have a bad time in places that has these kinds of things happening all the time.

Having a dev not announce something is not always the end of a world. It's a different story if they were not announcing anything because they really did not care about the public. But if it's them being in a bit of a bind or in a pinch, then it's understandable and it's called being human and if you can't understand this reasoning then you're lost in a different system.

Also can't believe the melt down over a single announcement that is important sure, but if you've already been following their other games or should be because these games are pretty good, then why is this specific game surprising you?

Only thing I'm surprised about is it not being priced sooner. 

Honestly go for it. It's your game. The fact that the game was free this long is freaking amazing and like you said yourselves, it becomes free again in the future. So if ppl can't pay, there are enough games that are free that they can play till this one here becomes free again. Games are a luxury, like art is etc. so ppl need to decide for themselves if they are willing to pay. If not then obviously it wasn't worth enough for them and then that means that you don't need to play the game that desperately. Tbh I personally didn't see the price change and only now your post about it, so for myself it wasn't really a big deal either but yeah I think for the future it does definitely make sense to write the post beforehand, just for the transparency of it and as a heads up. But other than that, ofc it's your decision :)

I played when it was free, and i can say with sure,for the ones who are scared to pay. Go for it! The game is amazing!

i played this when it was free and i loved it. while i cant pay to help, yall have my utmost support no matter what. i hope all goes well with everyone. i think the game is definitely worth the money and asking to be paid for ur work isnt a bad thing
